That's Zue's right side mirror in the foreground.
Heyya! Guess what? I was at Glory Beach Resort, Port Dickson! Woohoo!
Finally. A class trip after three years together. ;-p

It was kinda a spur of the moment thing, actually. You see, of the three programmes in MENTION, only ours hadn't been on a class trip. My dear ol' lecturer, En. Mat Pauzi (pic), who is so very kind, suggested we go for a trip, and that he would sponsor the lodging for us. ALL 31 of us. Like.. Whoa. He's been teaching us for two semesters now, and he's been like the nicest lecturer around. Aside from his peculiar method of teaching
(e.g. He types what ever comes across his mind (in relation to the subject, of course) during lessons in MS Word, which is projected onto the screen for us to read and copy. And we copy until the last word in the last line of his 'thoughts' on screen, he scrolls up and make corrections or editions to his 'thoughts' already on screen. Halo... its not as if we students still use pencil to write like in kindergarden right...? T_T)Haha. If
that's not peculiar to you, i don't know what is. =)

Just after 1st paper =) // Would you just look at me?! T_T
And so we got busy. almost immediately, ideas were thrown across the room. People were thinking of things to do, stuff to bring, and the sorts. We came up with the idea of seaside BBQ and it was great. Everyone had a part in getting the trip together. Well, almost everyone. Some didn't quite make it. The list of reasons (excuses, i believe) were sister's wedding, 'important personal things to do', and 'I'll have to check first ah...' Some even canceled in the 11th hour. *sigh*
Three cars departed from Panggung Seni, after En. Mat sent us off. He would join us later that evening. I drove Siti Zuraimah's (Zue) Gen2. Woohoo! And then I drove Pui Shen's (Ah Han) Kenari into pekan PD to buy lunch... *nods*

Upon arrival, I was in charged with the BBQ set, as well as , being
handyman-cum-driver-cum-beachboy-cum-fire starter-cum-PR rep.
Har. Har. Everyone busy making sardine sandwiches, which were initially meant for BBQ, but were slowly, but surely munched off bit by bit by the latecomers, and eventually didn't make it for BBQ. I wasn't in this picture because i was in the other one before this. =(

The place wasn't top notch, mind you. What'd you expect for Rm150 per night, right? Toilet's shower is leaking; the flush system is leaking; it goes on. Anyway, Florina and Norliza went straight to cleaning and preparing the chicken for BBQ later that night. And to
my horror, the sink's broken. Why the others couldn't care less, was waay beyond me, especially when they cleaned the chicken at the sink. The sink's connector to the pipe below is out of place. As a result, all the waste water and chicken fat and etcetera leaked out below, into the red basin you see here. So goey goey! YUCK! Like, super duper eeywey deewey. So i tried to realign it and screw the sink filter back to the pipe below, using a flathead screwdriver i grabbed from Zue's car.
Praise the Lord, only with God's grace was i able to fix it once and for all. *bows*

And Florina, (pictured here) mocking me while i was bent on attempting to save the whole kitchen from being flooded by chicken fat, just took a cloth and stood over it and continued cleaning the chicken. She was oblivious to why there was water dripping. *pouts* Still got time to have a Konica moment sumore haa! Haiyo...
Lunching together after we finished preparing all the necessary for BBQ.
(notice: Thorn among roses? lolx)
Then all the Chinese girls decided to go down for a dip in the pool. The girls jumped in first.
(more booty-licious pictures to come)

I on the other hand opted for a walk on the beach before jumping in. It was 4-ish, and the evening sun was smiling, so i thought to myself, "Why not?" So i went shirtless on the beach in an attempt to tan myself, front and back. *nods* woohoo!
Oh, do excuse the nippies.
>.< There were even people fishing. In the 4 o'clock sun. Can you imagine that??!
Using jala or net is understandable, but with a fishing rod? Hadoi...
The who fisherman using nets, were staring into this:

I stared long and hard and tried to look
for the slightest movement of fish, but nothing.
These guys must be pros, or just happen to be pure lucky!
@_@
From drain to sea, the picture says it all.
Eww. Yuck.I can't believe I actually had my feet in that slug. It looks like slug, but it is actually small, washed up particles of what appears to be tree leaves (probably from pine trees nearby). But i must say, it does look yucky from a distance. Eww. Then on my way back to the pool, i come across this fisherman. He manned and released his fishing boat into the sea - all by himself. I marveled at it for a while. I swore I almost felt the hardships of a local fisherman. *nods* But soon, that feeling turned to amazement. Imagine this: a fisherman, manning a boat almost 5 times bigger, heavier, and longer than him. Like... Wow.
Then it hit me: how is he going to get it back up onto the carrier dock? Undocking was easy - just untie and push - it slides into the sea.
This heavy duty hook does the trick! =)

And i saw this too! Goodness me the grammar, i almost rolled on the ground laughing. Maybe i should send this to The Star's 'Mind Your Language" column huh? Would probably earn me a few bucks! lolx
Then i joined the others in the pool. From here on, I'll indulge in pictures... =P

GOODBYE~!
In a nutshell, it was a good trip. No quarrels, no getting lost, no one got sick, no one got hurt (expect badly burnt BBQ chicken =/), weather was good, and everyone had a fairly good time together. There wasn't alot to shout about, there sure was alot of laughter and sharing of each others company - all one needs for good memory making.
Despite being handyman-cum-driver-cum-beachboy-cum-fire starter-cum-PR rep, I had my equal share of good time. I was in the pool with 7 beautiful girls in bikini swimsuits! That's hell of a great time for me! ;-p
(Life is short, must be happy with the little things in life.)
