Graduated, i have. Yippie !
[Update 1]
Heyya guys, thnx SO much for the kind words and well wishes!
So thoughtful of you guys... Much appreciated yeah... Sorry, i'm currently tied up with post-graduation stress (making arrangements to meet up with relatives & frens to snap pics with, editing pics, going back to UKM to collect degree & returning robe, replying SMSs, etc) and involved in preparation for a charity organization's AGM in KL on the 16th, which i will be emceeing at.
That also, IF finish early, only can i attend WCG. T__T
I'll be updating gradually, so expect to have 7 updates. Hey, God created Earth in 7 days right? So its auspicious lar. :-D
For starters, here a family snapshot:

~my cheesy moment~
[Update 2]
Hey guys! This update is about the events of my happy the day.
I woke up before the sun rose. Got ready and all left the house in abit of a rush. Realizing i had forgotten something, so i went back in, rummaged my bag pocket in the dark to find that something, and accidentally cut my hand with the shaver blade that became lose inside. Ouch! (the thing i was looking for was actually already in my blazer pocket.) =_="
Pre-graduation anxiety? Tell me about it! *rolls eyes*
It was 7.10am when we arrived at the gates of UKM. I drove my family to my convocation. What a proud feeling it was. Deep down, i felt anxious and excited, at the same time. I just felt like popping like a popcorn! :-D
I managed to get a VIP card and parking sticker from my lovely Pn. Shazlin a day before. We got to park at the VIP area -- nearest to the the grand hall, Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Razak (DECTAR). You should have seen the look on the guards face when i drove in.
He wanted to block me, cause i obviously looked like a student, but when he saw the VIP sticker, he had to let me through. Not without hesitation, of course. Bet he must be thinking, "Eh? Apa ni? Apasal budak ini ada VIP stiker? Haih, Masuk la... Masuk saja lar..!" I grinned at my accomplishment. I felt better already. LOL
Parked by a tree. We took a couple of pictures, then Daddy and Mich entered DECTAR from Pintu A. Graduates had to assemble at Pintu B for registration. Here's a few pictures while waiting for admittance into DECTAR.
Anxiously waiting for our Perarakan Graduan, then we heard the drums go *drum drum drum!* "This is it!! This is it!!" With our stomachs in, our shoulders back, and our chests squared, we marched confidently into the hall.
Here's some pics from inside the hall.
I got some mission impossible shots too. Haha.
Then it was the Perarakan Besar where all the academicians dressed in their special robes, followed by the grand Perarakan Canselor led by the Cokmar, accompanied by the Vice Chancellor, Deputy VC of Academic Affairs, and of course, the Pro Chancellor, Yg. Amat Mulia Tunku Laxamana Tunku Dato' Seri Utama Naquiyuddin ibni Tuanku Ja'afar. (talk about having a LONG name... Haha.)
Sang NegaraKu, Varsiti Kita, and Ilmu Mutu dan Budi accompanied by UKM's choir, best among the best, may i add. :-D Speeches, and formalities as usual. At one point it was so boring, my friend next to me fell asleep. Could see her mortarboard go down up down up. Luckily i didn't get to snap a pic, or else she'll get free publicity here. LOL.
After all that, it was finally time to award scrolls. Yippie~!
With our hearts pounding "bip boop bip boop", we stood up, got in line with our Smart Cards in hand, and waited anxiously for our turn to 15 secs of fame. Haha.
It was the son of the Tuanku who was awarding our scrolls, and as such, we had to say "Menjungjung kasih, Yang Amat Mulia" because we were speaking to royalty.
Cannot simply say stuff; must speak in bahasa istana (palace language), if not will kena tulah sultan (the sultan's wrath) They say wan la. Do you believe in it? I'm undecided. But better not to take the chance that day lar. :-P
As the person in front of me marched onward, i stepped up into position. I was SO focused with myself, i kept thinking, "THIS is MY moment! Hwa Hwa Hwa"
I handed my Smart Card to the officer, and with a pat on the back by my Dean, i walked forward with my head held high. I took pride in every step; smiling every inch of the way. I was on cloud nine. I just wanted the moment to last forever!
And before i knew it, i was already at the 1st check point, at which i bowed. Then i took a couple of baby steps ahead to the 2nd check point, looked straight into Tengku's eyes, bowed, stepped forward, he handed me the scroll, i received it with both hands, took a step back, bowed, and i strode off feeling larger than life!
You know the funny thing? We were supposed to say such and such right? Well guess what? All i remember saying was, "mumble mumble, fumble fumble, trima ksih *smilessssss* *walks away*" (that one also softly like mouse! haih =_=") So yea, after going through it like a million times in my head, i blew it!
I am SO gonna kena that tulah sultan! OMG.. haha.
And that was it--my 15 secs of fame! Walking down the stage, i was in a daze. "What just happened back there?", i kept asking myself. I just couldn't believe i graduated!
Daddy took a video of me going up and all that, and i've been over that video over and over, and end up laughing at myself, everytime. Funny wei, seeing yourself walk bow and all that stuff. :-P
Once we returned to our seats, the scroll awarding took a halt, while we listened to the UKM choir belt out two melodious tunes; Lagenda and Warisan. Lagenda was just superbly out of this world! It's such a beautiful song and the solo who sang it that day had a voice of an angel... simply superb! And it moved me to tears.
Because my Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities went first, we had to wait for the Law graduates receive their scrolls before calling it a day. In the mean time, for those who wanted to leave the hall for pee pee, they had to leave their robes behind, if not, can't go out. I mean, what's up with that? @_@
The ceremony came to a close with a doa, and the Keberangkatan Pro Canselor, followed by the Perarakan Besar.
We graduates made an orderly exit from the hall, feeling larger than life.
Watch out for the next update, hopefully tomorrow. ;-P
Thanks for reading!
[Update 3]
Hey guys, i'v managed to get the two songs; Warisan - by Sudirman and Lagenda - by Sheila Majid.
Suggest you to have a listen to the latter. Although its sang by Malaysia's Jazz Diva, its nothing like what i heard in DECTAR on my graduation day... which was simply memorizing!
I'd need to probably go check out the girl who sang solo. :-P
Meantime, enjoy this:

Inside DECTAR, each step i took was filled with excitement. But inside my heart, abit panic oso lar.. cuz that day go for rehersal, but didn't pay attention, so i kept thinking, "How to bow ah? What to say ah? Sei fo lor..." Haha.Anxiously waiting for our Perarakan Graduan, then we heard the drums go *drum drum drum!* "This is it!! This is it!!" [Update 4]
Hi~! Thanks for coming back. :-D
This update is about right after we got out from DECTAR. Busy taking pics with family and friends. Never felt SO glamours before. Haha. No, actually, i have. But what the heck! XD
*pics are clickcables to enlarge*
Miko and Khai Pin, juniors of mine who're always there for me. Miko's been exceptional! And they got me a pair of boxer briefs as y graduation present. How sweet of them. Must be KP's idea. Haha.
Fasikali Das (sing it to King Julian's of Madagascars "I like to move it move it" ... "fisikali fit, fisikali fit.. " Haha.
She spent a week in my house during practical training, and she was just SO much fun! She introduced the word 'sot plug' to the family. Meant to describe me who is owis sot sot (loony) wan. Huhu.

Some of my classmates. The rest cabut-ed entah ke mana ady. Haih.
The three 'life savers' of the day. Alice borrowed me her camera for the day, David and Chun Meng kept Daddy companied while Mich and i scurry about taking pics. Thanks guys!
They surprised me with a bouquets of a flowers, a teddy, and a froggie! Nice guys they are! :-D
There's something about the smile on her face that makes me go "waaa..." haha!
This girl rushed ALL THE WAY from class in her faculty, just to bump into me, snap a 'siau' pic, then zip off to class in the second link. People like her deserves mention here. Rojak rox!

This is one girl gone 'Korean'. She went for Korean language, speaks well, and even dresses like one! She one happening gal! See the name pun taw.. =P
This one pulak Japanese wannabe. She modeled with my roomie's girlfriend, Lee Ming. She may be soft spoken, but she's a fashion queen!
He thought he would miss my graduation. Mana taw, i hung around longer than anyone else and finally met him. Did that just me make me sound like i'm SO desperate for pictures with people? lol
Isaac looking composed and calm, as usual. Yee Hau, on the other hand, looks good kinda good today. Despite the fact he went up on stage with crutches and got the LOUDEST applause in the hall. *uiseh* he's in crutches not because of an accident, but because he played futsal. OMG. =_="
Another family take. *smiles*
Daddy.. Daddy Cool! Oooh.. Daddy Cool! Haha. He looks good, doesn't he? Love you Daddy! You make me proud~!
The compulsory standalone
Will update again, soon! Remember, 4 down, 3 more updates to go till the 7th! Stay tuned :-)
[Update 5]
Hellops! thanks for sticking around. Sorry for slight delay, had been busy with an event on Saturday and WCG. Blog about that soon. For now, here my update no.5.
Most people get to graduate only ONCE in A DAY. Being me, i just had to treat myself to a 2nd graduation. LoL. I lingered on till the evening for more photos with friends! :-D
First, i managed to sneak pass the guards into DECTAR to take a pic with my bestest buddy-cum-lecturer, Pn. Shazlin, whom i often fondly refer to as "henn-yahh". One happening woman! *winks*

Then i went outside for more Kodak moments. lol.
She's the sweetest looking girl i've met in MENTION. We kinda had a quarrel a while ago (my fault), but i'm really glad i apologized later on and now we're smiling together in the same picture. I'm Sorry. Such powerful words! Teehee!

This is Sham, my neighbouring room mate on the same floor for 3 years! Damn happening guy, taught me to tweak Firefox! Haha. His room mate is orang Johor. So one Utara, one Selatan. Haha.

Firdaus, but always liked to be knows as Jaey. Duno why. Haha. International Relations grad. Soon to be Ambassador of Malaysia to somewhere. LoL. We delight ourselves by screamimg each others names when ever (and where ever) we get the chance to or bump into each other. "Jaey!!" Force of habit. Sorry. :-)

Same geng with the orang Kelantan. He looks Malay, but is indeed a Buddhist. I remember during our orientation, whne the Malays had to go for prayers, he'd be the only Malay looking guy in the non-Malay geng. People would go, "Wei, tarak pegi sembahyang ka?" It drove him crazy! Haha. And oh, did i mention he speaks excellent Thai? And Hokkien too! Happening! ;-p

Abang Hasrul, or abang bulat, as i call him, just happened to be there at that time. One year my senior, he's one heck of a funny guy! And he's in debates too. *ooo*

I so like this picture! This is the pretty dancer girl, Mai. One of the junior whom i am greatly fond of. She rocks!
All of us come from the same school, the bestest in KL: St. John's Institution. Haha! Though Miza and i are from FSSK, we hardly bump into each other. What were the odds that we had the privilage to meet one last time during convo, and have a snapshot together.
Azman, on the other hand, is currently in UiTM Shah Alam and is attached to Miza, of course, it took my by surprise lar! Haha. They look so nice together! I pulak in the middle; the standing 'lamp post'. Sorry! lmao
And finally, a picture of staf pejabat KDO whom i have grown to know and appreciate all these years of my stay in that wonderful college! THANK YOU so much for everything, everyone! ;-D
Well, that's about all the time we have today. Thanks for swinging by, and have a great day!
[Update 6]
Second last update. Yay! this time not much pics, but more on revelations of the day.Read on.
- I praise and thank god for undertaking for the entire day.It was truly by his grace only, that everything went well.
- I managed to get a VIP sticker from Pn. Shazlin so thatwe could park nearest to DECTAR.
- I just randomly parked, taw taw, it was under a tree. And going back to the car in the ot, blazong afternoon sun, we found the car shaded by the tree. The ONLY car sumore. Wow.
- In my heart, i was counting on a few close friends to give me flowers. (abit berangan-angan lar..) taw taw, none had. The best thing is, the most UNEXPECTED guest that day brought me flowers and a teddy! Thanks alot! the flowers lit up my convo pics. ;-D
- Alice brought her Canon Digital Ixus 65 -- a dam happening camera -- to snap snap, and she was willing to borrow it to me for the day! The camera took all the pics the later part of the day. Praise the Lord.
- Somehow, God raised up my friends (the three life savers mentioned above) to come see me that day. While Mich and I was running around taking pics, Alice, David, and Chun Meng were there to keep Daddy companied, since Mummy wasn't there. :-)
- God also opened a way for Mich to attend my convo. She was suppose to sit for the Maths PMR trial exams that day. Although things like these can be skipped by just submitting a letter, God provided consolation in our hearts that everything will be okay.
- With my sister around, she made use of the camera very well that day. Thanks sis!
- He also undertook for the weather and all. Prefect lighting for picture taking. No over/under exposure. Haha.
- Finally, i thank God for His grace through which He strengthen and sustained me for the whole day. Didn't have emergency in the loo; although was hungry, i could tahan; and to have the energy to go on till the of the day was truly by His grace.
